Grey Silk Two Piece Dress

DescriptionGray two piece dress. Warp threads are purple, weft threads are white and black. A - Front has four 5" long shoulder pleats, fourth covers armseye ending evenly at bottom, 1/2" pleats. 1" pintuck bands down sides of front cream lace vestee. Leg of Mutton Sleeve, three piece sleeve, top stitched with squared pieced design with 4 black button accents on each square. Two bands of 2" lace at cuff and pleated 3/4" ruffle above lace. Back has two center pintucks with 1" between, 4 pintucks evenly place from neckline 6" long. Pleats at waist line have been released. C - Detachable stand up 2" collar with stays, same lace as on cuffs, lined in pink silk. Silk ruffle at top edge. Hook and eye closures. From the back bodice you can tell that the dress has been remade. Vertical pleats released and made horizontal from shoulder seam. B - Skirt has 9" long box pleats from waist then release. Pleated back for bustle.
