The pamphlet became badly worn and the Library made this typed copy, but not all pioneers described in the pamphlet are included in this copy. A number of individuals and places are described in short passages throughout the typewritten paper.

Contents include a general history of the area, as well as the developments made in the valley and a history of the Rexburg Stake. Appendixes include lists and rosters of pioneers, Madison County officers, Rexburg Mayors, and Stake Officers.
Typescript of "The History of Lot Adams" by his daughter Clara A. Bingham. Lot Adams was born on November 5, 1850 in Rounds North Hampshire, England. He passed away at Riverside Brigham Idaho on June 10, 1915.
