Apron with lace and ruching

DescriptionWhite cotton apron has one inch waist band that pins closed in the back. Apron front is gathered into this waist band. The bottom of the apron is decorated with alternating rows of ruching and lace. There are two rows of each. The ruching is three inches wide and the lace is about four inches wide. Lace is made by crocheting mostly in the form of square netting. In the center of the crocheted lace, there are some flower motifs. The bottom piece of lace has triangular pieces along the edge.
