| Description | Dress consists of a dress and jacket. Dress is sleeveless. Skirt is made of red, white, and yellow plaid fabric. It is gathered into the bodice. Skirt is lined with brown cotton. Bodice is made of brown cotton. The back has a red yoke at shoulders and front is covered with the same red. Dress has a red mandarin collar that is decorated with white braid. Dress buttons in the back with two buttons and has two hooks and eyes at the collar. There are also two buttons at the side seams, one on each side.
Jacket is made of matching plaid and is lined with brown cotton. Sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and cuff. Cuffs are red decorated with white braid and are an inch and a half wide. Jacket is hemmed with matching red two inch band, decorated with white braid. Jacket has a red sailor style collar this is also decorated with white braid. The collar seam is bias bound with plaid fabric. |
