| Description | Black skirt is made of twill weave cotton. It has an inch wide waist band with metal lapped zipper and button at center back. Skirt has four diagonal darts in the front, two on each side. In the back there are two darts, one on each side. At the bottom of the skirt, there is a two inch band. A pleated ruffle is below this. The ruffle is eight inches wide. |
