DescriptionBlack silk cape with a woven interfacing. Bottom is trimed with black lace formed on a netting. Collar is a pleated ruffle and beadwork all around the neckline. The cape has a yoke with the same beading and pleated ruffle around the shoulders. It closes in the front with a hook and eye. There is a bow in front. Black cape, OPM2022.95 was worn to the same dedication and is of a similar style.
